Avenga in Argentina is seeking a Middle iOS Engineer in CABA to design, build, and maintain robust native apps across the full development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ship features using Swift and Objective-C, and perform unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization. The role offers a hybrid work model in CABA/AMBA and requires 5+ years of professional mobile experience.

• 5+ years of solid professional experience in software engineering and native mobile development.
• Deep proficiency in native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
• Hands-on experience across the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, build, test, release, and support).
• Strong capability in unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive mindset toward technical innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain robust iOS components, screens, modules, and sub-assemblies based on technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional developers and product managers to translate functional requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
• Execute tasks across the lifecycle, maintaining production apps, fixing bugs, and implementing new features on schedule.
• Refine specifications, reuse existing components, and ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing and code reviews.
• Create and update architecture documentation, inline code comments, and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to defining engineering standards and tech stack evolution.

• 5+ years of solid professional experience in software engineering and native mobile development.
