Avenga in Argentina is seeking a Middle Android Engineer to design, build, and scale native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You’ll work on multi-module architectures, integrate REST services with Retrofit/OkHttp, and uphold high quality with automated tests and static analysis.

You’ll also configure Gradle builds, participate in CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI, Bitrise), and use AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency while delivering end-to-end features.

Formación

• Proficient in Kotlin with coroutines and Flow.
• Experience building dynamic UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Strong MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture in multi-module projects.
• Dagger Hilt dependency injection experience.
• REST integration with Retrofit/OkHttp and JSON.
• Unit testing with JUnit/MockK; static analysis (ktlint, Detekt, SonarQube, JaCoCo).
• Git workflows, Gradle in multi-module setups, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain native Android components using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build scalable, decoupled multi-module apps following Clean Architecture and Google best practices.
• Integrate RESTful services and manage API payloads with Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure code quality through static analysis and reviews.
• Configure and maintain Gradle builds and CI/CD automation pipelines for deployment.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development and testing.
• Troubleshoot performance, profile apps, and optimize memory usage.
