Job summary

Bahiaempleos is seeking a qualified teacher to deliver differentiated instruction aligned with the New Zealand/Argentinian curriculum. You will collaborate with the Campus Principal and Regional Director of T&L to meet annual learning goals and focus on student achievement.

You will work with local Trustees and liaise with parents as required, while participating in a full-time permanent contract with a comprehensive professional development program.

Qualifications

• Argentina registered Teacher qualification is required.
• Advanced English or bilingual is ideal.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience across Year 7–13 preferred.
• Evidence of highly effective teaching across multiple year groups.
• Experience working with a team of other adults.
• Experience with Assessment for Learning and curriculum leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the school’s ethos, values and guiding principles.
• Deliver the curriculum with a modern learning environment and culture to enable learning.
• Develop and use management systems to support student learning.
• Identify professional learning and development needs throughout the year.
• Proactively manage your appraisal and professional development.
• Identify and coordinate Learning Support in the classroom.
