Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Market Research Coordinator to support global projects with internal expert panels and external vendors, helping ensure timely, compliant execution from kickoff to final reporting.

You will coordinate interviews, collect and maintain panelist documents, assist with honoraria, resolve inquiries promptly, and nurture strong relationships with panelists and partners. Fluency in English is required. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience with market research tools such as Qualtrics.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong customer service focus, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with market research project owners to define project requirements, establish priorities, and manage project timelines.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings, interpret project requirements, assess recruitment feasibility, and maintain project information forms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between advisors from our internal expert panel and project teams.
• Collect and maintain required panelist documentation, including financial documents, agreements, consent forms, and other applicable records; support the processing of honoraria.
• Ensure panelist inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to and support policies, procedures, and training requirements to ensure compliance with applicable market research regulations, privacy requirements, and industry standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with panelists and external vendors.
