Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Market Research Analyst to own research, data, and drafts for engagements with higher education marketing partners. You will lead market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing or research and strong English writing. Fully remote, contractor role paying weekly in USD, with ownership over research outputs and client-facing deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or agency environments.
• Strong written English and ability to produce structured reports.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
