Unknown Marketing Agency is seeking a Market Research Analyst to own research, data, and drafts across engagements for higher education marketing clients. You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, pull data from third-party sources, and draft first-cut reports to guide strategic recommendations.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing or research, strong English writing, and the ability to present structured deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
