PwC Argentina invites a Manager to join its Digital Assurance team, focusing on assurance over clients’ digital environments, including processes, controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and governance.

You will coach, lead, and develop team members, manage client meetings, and drive quality and delivery across engagements while upholding PwC standards and independence requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, computer security or related field.
• CISA certification preferred.
• 7 years of combined relevant experience (auditing and IT controls) or related consulting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client meetings related to progress and remediation.
• Perform final review of audit controls and document findings.
• Ensure compliance and procedures are validated for assigned projects.
• Understand client business processes to cover risks and misstatements.
• Demonstrate team leadership and mentoring to develop others.

In digital assurance at PwC, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients’ digital environment, including processes and controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance, to help organisations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations.

Degrees

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, computer security, or a related field.
Preferred certifications: CISA
7 years of combined relevant experience (auditing and IT controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing IT solutions)
Basic knowledge of information systems controls and generally accepted accounting principles.
Ability to provide guidance and feedback to strengthen employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Offer coaching to team members, tailored to their individual experiences.
• Be able to maintain conversations in fluent English
• Lead client meetings, mostly related to the progress and potential issues and how those would be remediated.
• Perform final review of the audit controls in Aura and document any identified findings.
• Ensure that all aspects related to compliance and procedures are validated and confirmed for assigned projects.
• Understand client’s business processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of potential misstatements and risks.
• Perform Financial reporting and information technology risks, processes and controls;
• Work with technologies which may include: Cloud-computing, Oracle, SAP, Oracle Database, web development tools, virtualization, UNIX, Linux, and security technologies;
• Review risks, processes and internal controls related to non-financial and financial reporting, both manual and IT;
• Demonstrate extensive abilities as a team leader, which includes create a positive environment; monitor workloads of the team while meeting client expectations.
