PwC Argentina's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring an IT External Audit-Manager to assess financial statements, internal controls, and digital environments, focusing on governance, cybersecurity, data and AI systems. You'll lead client engagements and teams, shaping strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

You will work within Assurance, collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, and apply cloud engineering and AI tools to improve data quality and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an IT External Audit‑Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other critical information, enhancing their credibility and reliability for a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on delivering assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance. This role is essential in helping organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be at the forefront of digital assurance, working with clients to validate their digital processes and controls, confirming they meet the necessary standards and regulations.

What You Must Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
