Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced IBM PD Tools Migration Specialist to support migrations in IBM mainframe environments. You will install and deploy IBM PD tools, migrate ISV tools, and provide training and technical sessions for customers and teams.

The role requires strong z/OS knowledge, COBOL/PL/I/C/C++, and proficiency with ISPF/IDz, DB2, CICS, IMS, and REXX scripting to support migration automation.

Formación

• Strong z/OS knowledge and familiarity with IBM PD tools.
• Hands-on with non-IBM/ISV tools being migrated (FileAid, File Master, PDSMAN, InSync).
• Understanding of migration/conversion to IBM PD tooling (File Manager, Hourglass).
• Strong ISPF and IDz skills.
• Programming in COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, and C/C++.
• Experience with CICS, DB2, IMS application programming and admin.
• Ability to develop or modify REXX scripts for migration/automation.

Responsabilidades

• Install and deploy IBM PD tools following best practices and customer requirements.
• Migrate and integrate IBM and ISV tools being migrated or replaced.
• Provide training sessions, workshops, and technical presentations for customers and internal teams.
• Perform problem determination and resolution for IBM products in customer environments.
• Work across DB2, CICS, and IMS environments during installation, deployment, and migration support.
