Accenture is seeking a corporate development professional to lead and support M&A initiatives in collaboration with internal and external advisors, investment bankers and deal brokers. You will work with business units to understand objectives and help develop inorganic growth plans.

Responsibilities include building financial models, evaluating targets, managing due diligence, creating business cases and PMI planning to drive value across transactions.

Formación

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
• English proficiency at business level is required
• Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Post-graduate studies (Master) are preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external advisors on deals
• Collaborate with business units to understand objectives and inorganic growth plans
• Create research, competitor and market analyses to identify acquisition targets
• Build financial models to value M&A targets
• Assist in structuring transactions and negotiations
• Manage cross-functional due diligence with global teams
• Develop business cases with clear objectives for approvals
• Support PMI planning and post-merger integration activities
• Develop tools to improve execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
