Kraken is seeking a senior specialist to own productivity and collaboration platforms across the Payward brands, with a focus on M&A integration. You will scope migrations, move users, channels, files, and configurations, and land them inside Payward's security stack.

You'll work with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Corporate Development, and acquired companies to ensure seamless, secure integrations. This is a build-and-own role, not merely maintaining existing systems.

Formación

• 4–6 years hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at 1,000+ users, including migrations and governance.
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading a technology migration in an M&A or systems-consolidation context.
• Solid email security experience: filtering, quarantine, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, impersonation defense.
• DNS administration and domain portfolio management at meaningful scale.
• Direct experience with compliance and legal workflows, eDiscovery, regulatory data productions, and compliant archiving platforms.
• You operate end-to-end: scope the problem, design the solution, execute it, and close it out cleanly.
• You’re comfortable making decisions under ambiguity and defending acquired environments with clear reasoning.

Responsabilidades

• Drive collaboration-platform integration end-to-end for acquisitions: migrations of users, channels, Drive, mailboxes, configurations.
• Assess acquired collaboration stacks during diligence: security, compliance gaps, consolidation steps.
• Rationalize tools across brands; decide what migrates, sunsets, or stays; implement playbooks.
• Build automation to accelerate subsequent integrations.
• Coordinate cutover timelines with Corporate Development, Legal, and acquired teams.
