Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow, audits, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The position involves coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries per policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls.
• May support tasks for other foreign entities.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
