Job summary

Indero is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role involves reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow prep, audit support, and coordination with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

Key duties include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, tax withholdings, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• English level: intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
