Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support the Argentina entity with day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role includes reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
