Hire Hangar is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead local SEO and GBP delivery for a portfolio of home-services clients across the US. The role is hands-on and performance-driven, with ownership over strategy, optimization, and reporting.

You will collaborate with content, development, paid media, and strategy teams to build scalable SEO processes, conduct city-level keyword research, and drive measurable organic growth in competitive markets.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in agency or multi-client setting.
• Proven ability to improve local SEO performance for service-area businesses.
• Experience enhancing GBP rankings and local visibility in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with multi-location SEO and location-based expansion.
• Strong technical SEO foundation and CWV awareness.
• Proficiency with WordPress and common SEO plugins.
• Ability to produce clear briefs, action plans, and reports.
• Excellent organization and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own SEO strategy and execution for home-services clients (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.).
• Create SEO roadmaps covering technical improvements, content, local visibility, link building, and GBP optimization.
• Build scalable SEO processes and QA standards.
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates, AI trends, E-E-A-T considerations, and local ranking factors.
• Improve GBP rankings across service cities and optimize listings.
• Collaborate with writers to ensure SEO quality and relevance.
• Use GA4 and GSC to track performance and report progress.
• Coordinate with paid media/LSA and strategy teams.
