Community Sports Partners is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to help build and optimize email and SMS campaigns. You will work with the Director of Marketing to learn the strategy, technology, and data driving customer acquisition and retention.

You will gain hands-on experience with Twilio and SendGrid, own audiences and templates, run QA, assist with testing and reporting, and contribute to a measurable growth trajectory in a fast-paced sports startup.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or related roles (internships and coursework count).
• Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates, click-through rates.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Spanish is a strong asset.
• Eagerness to learn marketing platforms and grow into a technical marketing role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid under supervision.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences and retention campaigns.
• Support management of audience lists, segmentation, suppression files, and workflow documentation.
• Assist in preparing and formatting email templates with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars to ensure timely launches.
• Maintain libraries of marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
• Set up A/B tests and document results for subject lines, CTAs, and content variants.
• Assist with testing, tracking, and reporting across email and SMS channels.
• Compile performance reports tracking open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribes.
• Identify trends in campaign data and flag optimization opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns comply with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
