AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support email and SMS campaigns. You will work with the Director of Marketing to learn the strategy, technology, and data behind lifecycle marketing, and contribute to campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

This role offers mentorship, hands-on platform experience, a fast-paced startup vibe, and flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements, with a path toward becoming a Lifecycle Marketing

Formación

• Up to 1–2 years in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Familiar with deliverability, segmentation, open rates, and click-through rates.
• Comfortable with dashboards and spreadsheets; detail-oriented.
• Strong written English communication; Spanish an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns with Twilio and SendGrid.
• Set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding and re-engagement sequences.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation, suppression files, and workflow docs.
• Prepare email templates with design team; coordinate timelines and calendars.
• Support campaign testing, tracking, and reporting across channels.
• Maintain performance reports with metrics like open rates and conversions.
