Job summary

IQVIA in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Site Enablement Solutions Project Lead to optimize delivery across projects and regions. You will serve as an internal consultant to study teams, present progress to sponsors, and manage overall delivery and budgets.

You will collaborate with pre- and post-award stakeholders, develop global delivery strategies, and align resources to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution of all Site Enablement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical trial experience.
• 5 years' clinical trial experience.
• 3 years at a CRO or clinical trial services provider.
• 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Advanced level of English for global projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre- and post-award stakeholders to manage coordination, planning, and implementation of Site Enablement Solutions.
• Develop global delivery strategy for Site Enablement Solutions across sites and regions.
• Determine internal team resourcing based on study needs.
• Develop and execute operational plans for larger multi-region studies, including risk management.
• Communicate with sponsors and project teams to monitor impact and progress.
• Provide proactive operational recommendations based on study performance.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver site adoption and quality resource placement.
• Represent Site Enablement Solutions at sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy and training.
• Own study KPI and financial performance; manage scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee workflow systems to ensure compliance.
