Job summary

Flowserve's Field Service team in Argentina is seeking a supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a growing team of technicians, and ensure safe, efficient service for pumps and related equipment across oil, gas, and chemical industries.

The role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and safety teams. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience in removing, repairing, and installing pumps and rotating equipment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of ongoing development for yourself and team members.
• Recruit and retain a global and diverse workforce for present and future.
• Support a safe SHEA culture and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review Field Service Reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and plan resource availability.
• EnsureField Service Af termarket Portal scheduling and alignment of quotes with customer expectations.
