• 6–7+ years of ML engineering experience with NLP or retrieval systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own LLM fine-tuning and model customization for finance domain tasks.
• Own the RAG architecture end-to-end, including vector DB and retrieval quality.
• Design and maintain the context catalog with a structured knowledge base for finance data and processes.
• Ensure model outputs are accurate, grounded, and auditable with evaluation frameworks.
• Build production-grade document intelligence pipelines for unstructured content.
