Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is building Disney Financial Insights (D-Fi), a new AI-powered platform enabling autonomous finance workflows. We are hiring the founding engineers to design, implement and scale the multi-agent orchestration framework that drives end-to-end finance processes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in software/ML engineering, production experience with multi-agent systems, and strong English; familiarity with LLM tooling and cloud infra is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-agent or agentic LLM systems in production.
• Strong judgement for failure-mode design and human review.
• Ability to set technical standards without formal management authority.
• Curiosity about finance processes and forecasting workflows.
