The role requires at least 5 years in AI/ML, leadership experience, and strong Python with AWS serverless know-how. This is a high-impact, globally-facing project with ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering roles.
• At least 1 year of team leadership.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock for generative AI apps.
• Experience in prompt design and foundation model integration.
• Proven track record building multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent workflows on Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop agentic AI systems with tool use and memory handling.
• Design prompts and context assembly for production.
• Connect AI capabilities with Amazon Connect workflows.
• Build scalable LLM-driven applications on AWS.
• Establish guardrails, safety, and compliance mechanisms.
