Cognizant is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications from clinical protocol authoring to publishing. You will blend front-end and back-end engineering with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience across modern web architectures, cloud-native tech, API development, and regulated industries; Life Sciences experience is preferred.

Formación

• Strong experience with modern web app architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on front-end with React/Angular/Vue.js and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Back-end proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications end-to-end.
• Lead technical directions, reviews, and implementation choices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, security, and QA teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Mentor developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support modernization, platform upgrades, and CI/CD pipelines.
