Truelogic is seeking a senior front-end engineering lead to mentor a Buenos Aires team and define architecture across client projects. You will drive engineering standards, promote clean JavaScript solutions, and integrate AI-powered tools like Claude Code into workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Design, Product, leadership, and clients to deliver accessible, high-performance experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.
• Strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the front-end engineering team in Buenos Aires.
• Define front-end architecture and drive engineering standards, code quality, and scalable component practices.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and promote clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript solutions.
• Integrate AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code and coding assistants, into engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, leadership, and client teams to deliver pixel-perfect and accessible experiences.
• Oversee technical delivery, unit-testing strategies, accessibility compliance, performance benchmarking.
