EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Lead Domino Developer - API to own design, development, and ongoing maintenance of applications on the Domino Data Lab platform. You will lead a team, build robust production-grade software in Python, and deliver web front ends with ReactJS.

Responsibilities include architecture, environment tuning, REST API design, and cloud deployment with Kubernetes. You will mentor engineers, drive delivery, and communicate across technical and business stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing on the Domino Data Lab platform.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production applications on Domino.
• Expertise in Python for production-grade software development.
• Experience in ReactJS for building responsive web front ends.
• Working fluency in SQL, R, and Bash.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including deployment on EKS, AKS, or GKE.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong track record designing REST APIs and microservice-based pipelines.
• Experience leading a technical team, including mentoring, planning, and delivery ownership.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Mentor engineers, plan workload, conduct design and code reviews, and own delivery outcomes for applications in production.
• Communicate effectively across technical architecture discussions and business stakeholder briefings.
• Set direction, delegate effectively, and hold the team accountable while fostering collaboration.

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Domino Flows
• Understanding of model governance, compliance automation, or audit logging
• Experience working in pharma, BFSI, or public sector environments
