Launch Potato is seeking a senior data scientist to join our remote-first team. You will build end-to-end models that decide which carrier a shopper sees on our click wall and optimize marketplace bidding with production-grade deployment.

You will work directly with data, frame business problems, and collaborate with an ML engineer on the production side. Initial focus on auto insurance, with expansion to other verticals over time.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact.
• Your models drove paid media decisions: spend, bidding or ad serving.
• You built what's on your resume and can explain it down to the loss function and architecture choice, neural network fundamentals included.
• You see how today's bids shape tomorrow's training data, and you've handled late labels, sparse features or drift.
• You own models end to end: you find your own data, build through deployment and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end models that decide which carrier a shopper sees on our click wall.
• Own the buying models behind media spend and ROAS.
• Frame problems with the business, find data, build, deploy, and monitor models in production with an ML engineer.
• Starting with auto insurance, expand to other verticals over time.
