Blend is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive data integration across 80+ ERP systems and architect AI-ready data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. You will lead the design of ETL standards, mentor the team, and ensure data quality and governance across complex environments.

Flexibility in responsibilities includes piloting implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding data modeling efforts to unify disparate sources into a scalable analytics platform.

Formación

• Advanced SQL for transformations, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong Python skills for automation, data pipelines, and ETL orchestration.
• Hands-on experience designing ETL solutions across multi-source environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and large-scale data integration.
• Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft Fabric for data engineering.
• Knowledge of data modeling for AI/analytics use cases.
• Experience with data quality assessment and profiling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead gap analysis and data mapping across 80+ ERP systems to identify issues and transformations.
• Design and develop standardized ETL pipelines for migrating data into Microsoft Fabric.
• Build data quality frameworks and validation rules for AI/analytics workloads.
• Lead implementation of ETL standards and automation scripts for multi-source integrations.
• Develop and optimize data models to unify fragmented ERP sources into AI-ready architecture.
• Lead pilot implementation, testing against real ERP data before full rollout.
• Mentor team members on ETL development and Fabric engineering practices.
• Document data lineage, transformation logic, and integration patterns with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and ensure data integrity throughout pipelines.
