EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to advance insurance technologies with agent-based AI. You will shape intelligent automation products, enabling brokers to focus on advisory work and client engagement.

Responsibilities include building resilient AI platforms, deploying LLMs, and collaborating with domain experts to deliver scalable solutions across the insurance value chain.

Formación

• 5+ years in software development, AI, or related technology.
• At least 1 year supervising software teams.
• Advanced Python and TypeScript for AI software.
• Experience bringing AI initiatives from exploration to production.
• Hands-on machine learning, predictive models, and LLMs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and container deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Examine broking activities to identify where intelligent automation helps operations.
• Develop and launch AI platforms for insurance processes.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions using LLMs, RAG, and document understanding.
• Collaborate with brokerage, underwriting, and operations experts to translate pain points into AI products.
• Manage development lifecycle from discovery to release, measurement, and enhancement.
• Establish methods for AI quality, monitoring, and production observability.
