EPAM Systems is seeking a hands-on Lead AI Developer to act as the technical partner to the Lead AI Engineer. You will build production-grade C#/.NET tools, architect stateful multi-agent workflows, and deploy automated pipelines across Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems.

You’ll partner with engineering teams to mature agentic AI tooling and optimize SDLC efficiency. You will lead by example, pair program, and coach teams to adopt practical agentic AI transformations, with a focus on security,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern C#/.NET Core.
• Production-grade LLM applications and agent execution loops.
• Experience automating SDLC pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build stateful multi-agent workflows and tool call mechanisms.
• Create machine-readable formats from specs and schemas for autonomous coding.
• Develop extensions/plugins for GitHub Copilot, Actions, and Microsoft toolchains.
• Coach engineering teams through practical agentic AI adoption.
• Tune token usage and apply guardrails for safe, production-ready code.
• Collaborate with Lead AI Engineer to optimize prompts and agent loops.
• Identify workflow friction and relay insights to improve developer experience.
