EPAM Systems is seeking a senior engineer to architect and deploy autonomous agent platforms, integrating AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands SDK to enable production launches. You will design memory and context-management systems, build MCP servers, and enhance agent reliability and cost efficiency across security boundaries.

The role requires 7+ years in production software and 2+ years deploying LLM-based agents, with advanced Python and experience with major agentic frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven production software experience (7+ years).
• 2+ years deploying LLM-based agents into production.
• Advanced Python skills with agentic frameworks (Strands, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI).
• Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock AgentCore components (Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway, Observability).
• Strong understanding of MCP, tool use, prompt/context engineering, memory architectures, and agent evaluation approaches.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end platforms for building, deploying, and operating autonomous agents across runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability.
• Lead adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and the Strands Agents SDK to power agent harnesses and production launches.
• Design durable long-term memory and context-management capabilities that support multi-step engagements.
• Build and sustain MCP servers and tool integrations agents depend on, including recon tools, scanners, exploit primitives, and internal custom services.
• Optimize agent reasoning to improve reliability, cost-efficiency, and speed.
• Define standards for evaluations, tracing, and guardrails.
