BPOD is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales operations across Latin America. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and providing operational support to the sales team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field, 2+ years in Sales Operations, strong Excel, and experience with Salesforce. English proficiency is required, with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar positions.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales operations and reporting activities.
• Maintain and analyze sales data and KPIs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support management and tracking of sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other teams across the region.
