Job summary

OKTO PAYMENTS is seeking a Sales Executive for LATAM (excludes Brazil) to identify, prospect and close new merchant relationships across the Spanish-speaking region. The role focuses on iGaming and adjacent high-risk e-commerce, building local pipeline that complements cross-border efforts.

The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, travel frequently within LATAM, and report to the Managing Director LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in payments/fintech/iGaming in LATAM.
• Strong understanding of LATAM payments ecosystem and local methods.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English; Portuguese a plus.
• Disciplined CRM use with pipeline hygiene.
• Willingness to travel frequently within LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new merchant opportunities across LATAM LATAM and iGaming sectors.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead gen to contract in collaboration with Legal.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce; provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate with Compliance on KYB/AML/CTF clearance before contracting.
• Represent OKTO at LATAM industry events and build local relationships.
