You will own project schedules, write briefs, and oversee SEO, content, and paid media tasks. The position emphasizes hands-on management, Claude-driven tooling, and building scalable workflows for multi-location clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using project management platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders; identify at-risk tasks.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance creative operations.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and ensure timely updates.
