Abbott Laboratories in Argentina is seeking an AS&T Manager to lead Analytical Science & Technology activities across LATAM from the Florencio Varela site. You will harmonize analytical practices, support lifecycle management, and drive transfers with quality and regulatory alignment.

You will manage regional and local AS&T teams, develop talent, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure GMP compliance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related).
• Advanced degree (M.Sc./Ph.D.) preferred and 10+ years pharma experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific leadership for analytical activities across LATAM.
• Support product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead technology transfers and method validation/verification.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization in analytical processes.
• Lead regional AS&T teams and develop talent across LATAM sites.

Educación

Bachelor in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering

M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
