Salesforce is offering a 1-year Futureforce internship in LATAM for ambitious university students. You will join the Alliances & Channels team to gain hands-on experience, work on sustained projects, and build relationships with partners such as System Integrators, Resellers, and ISVs.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development and exposure to Salesforce certifications via Trailhead. Start date is November 2026, and the internship is part-time with regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Develop Net New Partners across clouds and industries in LATAM.
• Manage partner onboarding, lead administration and training paths.
• Support partner marketing activities and communications.
• Assist with partner funding processes and financial operations.
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives to expand LATAM reach.
• Participate in team meetings and Futureforce program events.
