The Talent Acquisition Advisor act as a business partner to all hiring managers in the attraction and selection of top talent for the organization by identifying the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good candidate experience.
More specifically, the Talent Acquisition Advisor must:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting
- Create and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans
- Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy
- Coach and lead hiring managers through recruitment best practices
- Coordinate relevant job postings on Applicant Tracking System and manage the movement of candidates to appropriate status
- Identify the best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets within the organization
- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Responsible to maintain all Talent Acquisitions application systems and recruitment accounts;
- Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and references
- Support Employer Branding initiatives
- Establish a social media strategy to promote all open positions
- Proactively source talent by leveraging the appropriate platform
- Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
- Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Prepare offer details to include in offer letters and employment contract
- Work closely with HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into the on-boarding process

Work Location

IDEAL PROFILE
Education
- University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study
Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience recruiting in-company
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing
Knowledge and skills
- Good English communication, written and spoken, is required
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent
- As a key member of the HR team, must have a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.
Location & Work Schedule
Location: Remote - LATAM (Argentina, Perú, Brazil, Colombia)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/EST
Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:
- Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
- Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts simultaneously or in multiple locations.
- Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
- Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
- Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
- Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience , preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
