Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Infrastructure Support professional to investigate production incidents, manage changes, and collaborate with global teams. You will work across networking, Linux, and monitoring tools, contributing to risk controls and 24x7 client-focused service.

You’ll use scripting and learning across Python, Ansible, C++, and Java to support a resilient, secure infrastructure and evolve products in a demanding financial environment.

• Expertise of networking fundamentals including: Network topology, VLANs, Routing, Switching, Global/Local Load Balancing and Firewalls.
• Expert in Multicast, low latency networks, and market data related technologies.
• Strong experience in Protocol Analyzers (Endace, Apcon, Wireshark, OpNet)
• Strong experience in capacity management tools (Grafana, SevOne)
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
