TotalEnergies Argentina busca un Ingeniero de Cierre Júnior para apoyar campañas de estimulación e intervención de pozos. El cargo implica trabajar con herramientas como Excel, Power BI y WellView para reportar KPIs y procesar datos de campo.

Se requiere título en Petróleo/Química/Mecánica, nivel de inglés intermedio y 0–3 años de experiencia en Oil & Gas. Ofrecemos un ambiente técnico y oportunidades de desarrollo.

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería de Petróleo, Química o Mecánica.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.
• Certificación IWCF nivel IV.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar apoyo técnico en la planificación, supervisión de la ejecución y análisis post-campaña de estimulación e intervención de pozos.
• Participar en la recopilación de datos de campo, validación y control de calidad de la información operativa.
• Elaborar y analizar reportes operativos, KPI y dashboards, identificando tendencias y mejoras.
• Apoyar evaluaciones de desempeño en tiempo real y posteriores a la operación.
• Contribuir a la capitalización de lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas de operación.

Junior Completion Engineer

Activities

The Junior Completion Engineer position is responsible for:

• Know, respect, and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct, HSE policies, and operational standards.
• Provide technical support in the planning, execution monitoring, and post-job analysis of stimulation and well intervention operations.
• Actively participate in field data acquisition, validation, and quality control, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of operational information.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards, identifying performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support real-time and post-operation performance evaluations, contributing structured technical inputs to engineering and operations teams.
• Contribute to the capitalization of lessons learned, best practices, and result analysis to strengthen continuous improvement of operational performance.
• Support the consolidation of technical information for internal reports, presentations, and operational follow-up meetings. Interact with operations teams, engineering functions, and contractors for technical information exchange, without contractual responsibility.
• Use digital tools (Excel, Power BI, Wellview, or others) for operational data processing, visualization, and performance tracking.
• Progressively develop technical judgment in completion and well intervention engineering through direct operational exposure and supervision from senior profiles.

Purposes

• Ensure robust technical and operational support to stimulation and well intervention campaigns by contributing to accurate capture, structuring, and analysis of field information.
• Support engineering and operations teams through the generation of reliable technical data, KPI monitoring, and lessons learned that enhance operational efficiency, performance visibility, and decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of technical knowledge and continuous improvement initiatives while progressively building solid competencies in completion and well intervention engineering through direct exposure to operations and support from senior profiles.

Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Language skills: English (intermediate/ advanced).
• Certification: Well Control (IWCF) level IV .
• Level of experience: 0–3 years in the Oil&Gas industry or related technical activities.
• Solid foundational knowledge of well engineering, completion, stimulation, and well intervention operations.
• Ability to interpret field operational parameters and performance indicators.
• Proficient handling of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Wellview, or others).
• Understanding of operational KPI, HSE requirements, and basic industry standards.
