Worley is seeking a knowledgeable administrator to manage Smart Completion systems and databases supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. You will ensure data integrity of completion records and project documentation, coordinating with discipline specialists to generate and maintain templates and ITRs.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in similar roles.
• Specific knowledge of Smart Completions software.
• Basic knowledge of HSE, QC, and Planning processes.
• Fluent English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve discrepancies within the Smart Completion system.
• Generate, edit and maintain task templates by discipline (ITRs, checklists, FIRs, FCS).
• Populate completion databases integrated with project data.
• Monitor completion progress by operational systems.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Compile discipline-specific dossiers in digital and hard-copy formats.
• Issue completion certifications for internal approval.
• Perform administrative tasks related to configuration management of Smart Completion.
• Prepare reports and timesheets/training records as required.

Job Title

Responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Smart Completion systems and databases, supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and ensuring the integrity of completion records and project documentation.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage completion documentation related to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Configure software tools and databases required for completion management.
• Resolve technical discrepancies within the Smart Completion system.
• With support from discipline specialists, generate, edit, and maintain task templates by discipline, including ITRs (Inspection and Test Records), checklists, Issue walkdown notices and Functional Check Sheets.
• Populate and maintain completion databases integrated with overall project databases.
• Monitor completion progress by operational systems.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Compile discipline-specific dossiers in both digital and hard-copy formats.
• Issue completion certifications for internal approval.
• Perform administrative activities related to the configuration management of the Smart Completion system.
• Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks as required, including timesheet entry, training records, and other project support activities.

Requirements

What you will bring

• Key Performance Indicators
• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Specific knowledge of Smart Completions software and a general understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures based on industrial plant systemization principles.
• Basic knowledge of HSE, Quality Control, and Planning processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience managing contractors, reporting capabilities, and the ability to interpret engineering documentation.
• Fluent English proficiency preferred.

Location & Work Arrangement

Salta, Argentina (site-based position). 14x14 roster schedule.

The first two months will be based in the Buenos Aires office Training or Business.
