You will report directly to the Financial Manager FSS Southern Cone. **What you'll do during a typical day:** + Review, validate, and process supplier invoices accurately. + Maintain complete and accurate accounts payable records + Ensure invoices are recorded in the appropriate accounting period. **How you'll collaborate with others:** + Prepare and execute supplier payment runs according to established schedules. + Ensure payment of vendors, utilities, taxes, payroll-related obligations, and other approved liabilities. **Deliverables you'll take ownership of:** + You will assist the Financial Manager FSS Southern Cone in all required processes + Support month-end closing activities by preparing AP-related reconciliations and schedules. **What It Takes to Make the Stay** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. + Two plus (2+) years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance Operations, or Shared Services. + Knowledge of accounts payable processes. + Willing to commute to the Pilar area three days per week. **It would be useful if you have:** + English Language skills. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills. + Experience with workflow and invoice management systems preferred. **How We'll Help You Thrive** At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
