Job summary

AgileEngine MAR DEL PLATA, Argentina is seeking a Senior Java/React Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end product delivery across backend Java and frontend React. You will design scalable services, implement features, and collaborate with PMs to plan sprints to ensure timely delivery.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup with flextime, receive USD-based compensation, and engage with Fortune 500 clients on modern cloud projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
• 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer (Java).
• High proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
• Experience with or knowledge of microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and feature improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand requirements, estimate efforts, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
