INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join as a full-time developer. You will tackle backend challenges, design scalable solutions, and ensure secure, high-quality code delivery across the stack.

You will work with requirements gathering, implement backend components, and participate in CI/CD practices to ship reliable software. Strong Java and English skills are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Microservices and cloud technologies.
• Advanced algorithms knowledge.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, Clean Code, and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with Design Patterns.
• Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with version control systems.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices.
• Design, implement, and support backend solutions for applications, security, analytics, and performance.
• Adhere to security standards and review requirements (Fortify and other security tooling).
• Conduct code reviews for junior team members and participate in peer reviews to maintain coding standards.
• Run test scripts to ensure quality delivery.
• Resolve code issues with urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for application development, security, analytics, and performance management.
• Conforming to industry and security coding standards, adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements.
• Conducting code reviews for junior team members and participating in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards.
