GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Project Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina to lead end-to-end project delivery for assessment services initiatives. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management, client-facing experience, and a strong grasp of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Smartsheets or MS Project.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a client facing, consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or associate degree plus equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
• Ability to provide full time support to both Cloud and Compliance Assessment teams.
• Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.
• Able to structure and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders through the full life cycle of projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of waterfall Project Management methodology.
• Proven success managing several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated project ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to closing for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Serves as the main point of contact for the customer and the client´s team throughout the project.
• Prepare project plans for all phases of the project with appropriate level of detail.
• Work with Resource Deployment Managers to secure resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframe.
• Closely work with engagement lead to manage the day-to-day activities and resources on project engagements.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Responsible for project scope, budget, timelines, communication, and change management.
• Set and continually manage project expectations and risks while delegating and managing deliverable with project team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor, track and control issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables. Escalates issues when necessary and follows escalation through to resolution.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Work with a team of matrixed employees to deliver a succinct customer experience.
• Ensure that projects are proceeding according to established quality standards.
• Understand project management principles, methods, and techniques.
• Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards. Provides feedback on process changes and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintains company defined billable utilization targets.
