Job summary

Encora Inc. busca un Ingeniero de Automatización Inteligente para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de automatización usando UiPath y Microsoft Power Automate, integrando capacidades de IA y modelos ML.

Qualifications

• Formación en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia con UiPath y/o Power Automate.
• Experiencia práctica con Agentic AI y soluciones de automatización IA.
• Experiencia en Python, PowerShell u lenguajes de scripting.
• Conocimiento de marcos de automatización y prácticas recomendadas.
• Experiencia en entornos Agile/Scrum.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de trabajar con stakeholders.
• Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y proactiva.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de automatización con UiPath y Power Automate.
• Construir flujos de automatización inteligentes con Agentic AI.
• Desarrollar scripts y componentes reutilizables (Python, PowerShell).
• Integrar modelos AI/ML en soluciones de automatización.
• Analizar procesos y identificar oportunidades de automatización.
• Recoger y validar requerimientos con las partes interesadas.
• Asegurar escalabilidad, seguridad y buenas prácticas.
• Colaborar en equipos Agile/Scrum para mejoras continuas.
• Realizar pruebas, depuración y monitoreo de flujos.
• Contribuir a CI/CD y DevOps para despliegue y lifecycle.
• Mantener documentación técnica de las soluciones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Develop automation scripts and reusable components using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI/ML models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms.
• Analyze business processes and proactively identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and internal clients.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver continuous improvements and high-quality solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting automation deployment and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating Machine Learning models into automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Experience building scalable intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.
