Randstad Digital is seeking an Infraestructure & Security Lead in Argentina. The role is permanent and full-time with a hybrid model (4 days on site, 1 day remote). Initial onboarding requires full-time presence on-site.

You will design, implement, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, lead a team of 3, and drive AI-enabled optimization. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, hands-on cloud expertise, and experience building processes from scratch in small to medium

• 5–10 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience building processes/infrastructure from scratch.
• Leadership of technical teams.
• Hybrid work model with on-site requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute design and rollout of network and IT infrastructure from scratch, leveraging Microsoft ecosystems.
• Configure, manage, and optimize cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including identity lifecycle management.
• Lead data protection audits and enforce security measures.
• Administer on-premise physical servers for high-performance computing.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop issues and cloud incidents.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate operations.
• Manage and structure workload for a team of 3 direct reports.
