Uptalent.io seeks a BIM Architect with deep Revit expertise to deliver US-market architecture projects. This remote role requires a Latin American resident able to coordinate with US-based teams and clients.

You will manage construction sets, permits, 3D modeling, visualizations, and presentations while ensuring US codes and documentation standards are met, and you will build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
• Work remotely.
