Deel is seeking an Information Security Analyst to lead security operations, investigate incidents, and improve threat detection across our global platform. You will own the incident response lifecycle, perform deep-dive investigations, and raise the security posture by refining detection rules and playbooks.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with SIEM/EDR/SOAR and cloud security, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SWG, DLP, CSPM, ZTNA, MDM, IdP.
• Excellent English in both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead incident response processes and investigate security events with precision.
• Prioritize alerts and collaborate with stakeholders for remediation.
• Administer SIEM, ingest data, manage logs and tune alerts for relevancy and accuracy.
• Tune detection rules to reduce noise and false positives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and incident response playbooks.
