Rombit LATAM is seeking an Implementation Analyst based in Buenos Aires to lead end-to-end implementations of IoT solutions in industrial environments. This role combines project management, technical execution, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates should possess a technical background with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in relevant roles. Availability for travel across LATAM is required. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and significant autonomy.

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst with a technical profile and strong customer orientation to lead end-to-end implementations of IoT solutions (hardware + software) in industrial environments.

This role combines project management, on-site technical execution, and cross-functional coordination, and is key to ensuring successful and scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead assigned implementations end-to-end (kickoff → go-live)
• Plan tasks, track progress, and report updates in Jira
• Prepare meeting notes after each visit and final implementation reports

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
• Ensure alignment between customer needs and internal teams

Technical Installation & Configuration

• Execute hardware installation (beacons, IoT devices)
• Configure software and hardware according to project requirements
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely

Training & Documentation

• Support Customer Success in training sessions during and after implementation
• Develop internal technical manuals and guides to support the Product team
• Ensure proper documentation control and updates for each project

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational risks and propose early solutions
• Contribute to continuous process improvement
• Maintain updated documentation and implementation traceability
• Provide feedback and field insights to the Product team

What We’re Looking For

• Technical background (required): Engineering, Systems, Electronics, or relatedfields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in implementation, operations, or project management roles
• Experience implementing solutions in field/industrial environments
• Strong operational leadership and ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Key Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (B1)
• Availability for frequent travel across LATAM
• Availability for on-site stays (up to one week or more depending on the project)
