Globant is seeking an IOT Edge Engineer, Expert-Level to advance embedded and edge computing solutions for clients. The role requires strong C++, Python, RTOS, embedded Linux, experience with SoC peripherals, I2C/SPI, and hardware-software integration.

You will join cross-functional teams in Argentina, enabling digital transformation and AI-driven products. English at B2 level, proactive, and familiar with design patterns, GitFlow, and agile practices.

Formación

• Proficient in C++ with strong embedded software knowledge.
• Experience with RTOS, embedded Linux, and cross-toolchains.
• Hands-on with SoC peripherals (I2C, SPI, QSPI, ADC, PWM, DMA).
• Fluent in English (B2 level) and able to work in diverse teams.

Qualifications

• English B2 Upper Intermediate
• C++
• Knowledge in Embedded devices
• SoC and microcontrollers peripherals such as I2C, SPI, QSPI, ADC timers, PWM, DMA
• IRQ knowledge in embedded FW development
• RTOS
• Linux Embedded Cross-toolchain
• Development with knowledge in CMake
• SW delivery tools
• Gitflow, basic Agile knowledge
• Functional (C) and Object oriented language knowledge
• Rust desirable
• Python mandatory
• Knowledge on OOP
• Design patterns and best practices

Location

This job can be filled in Argentina.
