Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large org.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with escalation when uncertain and adherence to data handling.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable shared apps/services.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving to translate objectives into actionable tasks.
• Technology control management or information security with emphasis on control assessment and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs per data sensitivity requirements.
• Translate requirements into roadmaps; prioritize for predictable, high-impact results.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Establish program governance with RAID management, dependencies, and steering forums.
• Ensure regulatory and policy adherence through privacy-by-design and least-privilege principles.
• Apply technical depth to de-risk delivery and resolve trade-offs.
• Manage resources and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide executive dashboards on roadmap progress, risk, and value realization.
• Lead organizational change management including readiness, training, and adoption.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices with human review.
